For the most part our Skype room is largely unmoderated.... most everyone there wants it that way..... however it has grown a lot from the little band of wayward misfits.... to sort of a social trading community that is largely self governing ....we have fun at times and are serious when we need to be and sometimes both at the same time...... that being said no-one wants to spend a lot of time looking after it..... we are serious about what we do, trading for most of us is our job, is not our job to teach you how to trade, help each other... definitely yes! ...therefore if you are just beginning to start on your trading career, please look else where...
However some management is required .... there are some basic rules of conduct which mainly boil down to respect each other and don't do or say things to hurt or offend others and a requirement to be as active as is possible (this means if you are not participating in the room actively or regularly, your access will be removed. This does not mean constant chatter, but there is the expectation for timely trade calls ( Entries & Exits ) and well as to be acting as another set of eyes on the market by finding and alerting the room of possible trading candidates) Also, cross posting from or to other rooms to which you belong should be minimized as the info maybe proprietary or not a proper thing to do. Some of our members take a dim view of having their posts or information that is contained in them show up on other chats.
If you are accepted, please introduce yourself to the group, feel free to ask questions about the chat such as the acronyms that are used such as (ww) worth watching, (ss) sell short (HOD) high of day (LOD) low of day and other standard chatroom acronyms ( LOL. RFOL & Smilies) Please type your tickers in capitols as much as possible.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING : It is not the intent of the room to tell you what, when or how to trade...... those decisions are strictly yours.... posts to the room are for alerts and information only.... what you do with the alerts/information is totally your decision and responsibility.
The original concept was to have a small room (20 max.) of very active traders. The problem when a room gets too large you lose that connection to others in the group and as happens in other groups that grow too large in size, only a small part of the group actually participates, so the only way to keep the group active is to keep it small and follow the KISS principle with rules and guidelines and not restrict in anyway, method or type or style of trading discussions in the room because we all learn.

..... please understand your acceptance to our group is at the group's discretion
